Danger of cow milk
Recent reseach from Sweden shows that consumption of milk will not only increase the risk of osteoporesis but also cause early death especially among women. In the video, you can see that in accordance to England Medical Journal, after surveying 61,000 female participants from age between 39 to 74 years old & 45,000 male participants from age between 45 to 79 years old over 20 years of intensive research. During this process of research, over 1 out of 5 participants had passed away & 22,000 participants suffer from bone fractures. Research states that, by drinking 3 cups of milk in comparison to females who drink less than 1 cup of milk daily, the death rate is 10 times more & hip fracture rates is 60% more while other bone fractures increases by 15%. Rate of death in males & bone fractures are not apparent in difference yet death rate is still highly influenced. This applies to all kinds of milk including full cream, low fat & skimmed milk but does not include fermented milk products like cheese & yoghurt. One of the reason would be that milk contains D-lactate - this kind of lactate also increases aging & shortening of lifespan in animals.
